How we talk about our products
Dietary supplements and cosmetics are regulated in the EU, and so is what can be said about them. We describe our products within those rules. We make no claims about preventing, treating or curing disease, and no promises of results.
How our products are made
GMP-certified manufacturers in the EU.
Made in the EU by long-established plants that specialise in supplements and cosmetics, certified for good manufacturing practice (GMP).
Certified ingredients.
We choose every ingredient ourselves, and each one arrives with its supplier's certificates and its full documentation.
Laboratory-tested.
Our products are tested in laboratories, and checked again regularly for as long as they are on sale.
Labels and packaging
We design our labels and packaging ourselves. Before anything goes to print, we check it against EU rules and the rules of each market where the product will be sold: the ingredients list, the mandatory statements, the language and the wording.
The packaging itself comes from European suppliers we have worked with before, so a carton or a jar behaves the same way on the tenth order as it did on the first.
We are registered for extended producer responsibility in the markets where we place that packaging. The cost of collecting and recycling it is paid where the product is sold, which is what EU packaging rules require of whoever puts it on the market.
Before and after the product goes on sale
Notified before sale.
Every product is notified to the competent authorities before it goes on sale. We are the operator responsible for our products, and the food business operator for our supplements.
Traceable batches.
Every package carries a batch number, and every batch can be traced back to its production.
Complaints and counterfeits.
Anyone can report a problem with a product or a suspected counterfeit through our contact form. We follow up every report.
Recalls.
If a product has to be withdrawn from the market, we have a procedure to do it, and to inform our trade customers and the authorities.
